Big Stone SWCD Native Grass Drill

The SWCD will be providing grass drill services to program participants in the County for 2010. This will be the 12th year that the District has operated the drill. The SWCD Board has set new rates for 2010. They are as follows:

Minimum:                      $150
3-5 acres                      $50/acre
5-10 acres                    $40/acre
> 10 acres                    $30/acre

all rates plus transport of $2.00/mile from Ortonville

We will allow one seed mix change at each seeding site – after that we are asking $50.00 for each additional seed mix that you need seeded. This is necessary for the time it takes to recalibrate the drill for each seed mix.
