This is Darrin Welle, the new District Technician and Manager. 

Darrin grew up on a dairy farm in Little Falls, where they milked about 55 cows.  He attended college at St. Cloud State University, having graduated Spring 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Geographical Information Systems.  Darrin worked several summers for a landscaping company while in school, and also worked for the Pope County SWCD as the Cooperative Weed Management Area intern in the summer of 2009. 

In his spare time, Darrin enjoys hunting, fishing, and carpentry.  He also is enjoying his time in Ortonville.
